Chapter 90: Plans for a Date

After finally managing to send Jamie off to Chief Donald for a haircut, I now walked with Pitch, Sandy, Caleb, Red and Vhanoss. "So what'd you mates need?" I asked once more. "Like I said, just wanted to hang out with you. Like old times." I smiled at the thought. Like old times... "Also wonderin' if you'd like to hang out with us, along with Pewdi and Crai."
"Pewds and Crai?" They nodded and I grinned. "And by hang out you mean...?" They both chuckled. "You caught us," Vhanoss chuckled, "We wanted to bomb their date."
"And by bomb, you mean prank them?" They both nodded and my smile grew. "Uh, Rosie, are you sure about this?" I teasingly pushed Pitch away. "Come on, Soldier. It'll be fun. I might even let ya scare 'em a bit." His eyes lit up. "Well, a little prank or two can't be that bad..." Sandy nudged him. "What? Oh, fine, I won't partake." Sandy smiled and nodded. "So how are you gonna prank them?" Caleb spoke up, keeping his voice low so no passerby would hear. "I dunno, I was thinking somewhere along the lines of... Water balloons?" I shook my head. "Too messy, and it'll take to long to prepare them."
"Then... What?" I smirked. "A little scare, perhaps?" Pitch's eyes lit up again, but he stayed out of it. Red and Vhanoss grinned. "I'm up for that anytime." Vhanoss chuckled and my smirk grew. "But how are we going to scare them-"
"Pewdi has a fear of spiders." It was out of Pitch's mouth before Sandy could stop him, and the little man sighed and shook his head in amusement as Pitch awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. "Perfect," I giggled, "Good work, soldier! Let's go get ready, mates."
